The intensity on the energy should be letting up a bit, but you still want to be somewhat careful about what you're saying to others. When you don't think things through, you can tend to be a little direct, and you might need to approach people with a softer tone to get them to open up to you more.

Remember that doing things in rational, logical ways is the way to go. There can be a lot of people trumpeting new solutions, even things that make life a lot easier, but a lot of the "easy route" paths ultimately crumble when a little stress is applied to them. So be alert and aware and try to plot things out in advance. On top of that, it won't hurt to have a couple back-up plans ready to go in case something happens and Plan A is no longer viable. There's this sense within that you might have things harder than the people around you, but that sort of mentality isn't going to set you up well to be aggressive when you need to be. The thing is, whenever it might seem like you're struggling through something, there's probably an already established path you can take, only you'll be hesitant to do so.
