That's not to say a little bit of emotion is a bad thing, but you need to avoid taking things to extremes. That's when you'll disconnect with what's going on around you and start making silly decisions. You want to be able to relate to others, but you can't try to let your words say more about a situation than is actually there. Other people have eyes; they can see things developing as well. There's a critical nature to this energy where you're going to see things wrong before they happen, which can really make you essential in important situations. It's not the greatest for pure socialization, especially since you can point out what others need to change rather frequently, but others will be more likely to consider you "a smart person to talk to" about different types of things. That can earn you a bit of credit when others need to bring someone in to help with projects that need to be done right.
