There's an overall tension to the energy that often transpires simply because people aren't sharing the right information (and to an extent, their feelings), with each other. As such, people are going to be going around doing a bunch of things, but not understanding why other people are getting upset about it (or doing things a certain way to compensate for this). In some ways, it can be very learn-on-the-go, where you do something, someone else isn't happy about it, then you have to quickly adapt to that.

There can be a good deal of stress that comes because of this, and you're going to have to find productive outlets to get it off your chest as well. Letting things bottle up isn't going to do anyone any good, but you also can't explode on people who don't deserve it either. So the big goal of today is finding ways to keep your cool.
