That makes this a very good time to 'step back' and allow others to shine... A good time to cheer for the successes that others have accomplished.
In the meantime, the chart also shows there is a lot of work that needs to be done and that careful 'plans' are needed too... It is when it will be those small details that will determine the outcomes... So rushing to get things done quickly is not in your best interest right now... It's been a challenging week here in the Land of Buff... I got the 'annual' cold/flu that appears early every winter... It kicks your ass for a few days and then you're good to go for another year... hehe... (sorta-kinda like getting an oil change in the car)... hehe... So this is the time to 'get it right the first time' and if it's not right, be strong enough to admit it and re-do it if needed!!
