This can be a difficult time to try and process things because it can often seem like there's more questions than answers out there. At times like this, we often try to piece things together from what we know, but when what we don't know far outweighs that, it can create a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. We're very good when we can deal with set situations as people, but it's the unknown that can freak a lot of people out.

Operating on a level of faith and belief within yourself becomes more important at times like this, even though you should cling to anything factual and definite you can get your hands on. When these things are absent though, you have to go with your gut and do the best you can. It's also important to know that in retrospect, we're often not judged as harshly on the decisions we make with a complete lack of information - others tend to be understanding on that end. So if information is out there, do your best to obtain it. If it isn't, don't worry yourself into a stupor about it and make the most of things. A good bit of composure is better than nothing. Before you can start making noteworthy changes, you have to take more ownership of your involvement and responsibility in things going on around you. That can be tougher to do - it's easier to avoid getting involved and using that as an excuse. But a lot of the things you want to do in the future can hinge on your ability to get past certain actions you've been avoiding. This can be a time where getting these things out of the way can end up freeing you up a lot to pursue more enjoyable activities and start making plans again.
