The current energy is kind of like being at a loud bar. Everyone's trying to talk over the rest of the crowd, some people are a bit drunk and off in the corner there's usually someone not talking to anyone, being quiet and taking it all in. Right now, that guy in the corner is Saturn, and with all of the other planets being real active (and by proxy, chaotic), if you need to retreat for a minute to catch your breath, Saturn's energy can restore some sense to everything.

This is going to mean work types of things can restore some clarity and purpose to what's going on around you. The more time you put in to understanding what's going on around you, the more sense things will make. It's also going to give you steady guidelines to follow and a grasp of why it's important to not break certain rules. So whenever the push and pull of modern life seems to get a bit wonky today, remember to take that step back and think "what am I supposed to do?" and you can start simplifying problems from there. The Daily Horoscope for Taurus

It will be important to be careful in a physical sense, since you're more prone to injuries (particularly when you over-exert yourself). There's going to be things you need to get done though, and you can't be completely lazy either, or things will pile up; also the more there is to do, the more flustered you'll get. So with that in mind, you want to handle things with some level and speed, but not to the point where you're burnt out. Scheduling breaks will help, but keep them only as long as you need to recharge - it will be hard to get out of break mode and get back to work mode otherwise.
