The things that will potentially make the most headway towards our long term goals, or things that might offer us the most financial security available aren't going to be things we like to do today. As such, we can have these reservations, make lots of excuses, or bitch and moan to the extremes about it along the way, which in turn can compromise our possibilities. Very much, this energy is about sucking it up and doing hard things to make things easier over the long run.

Some out there will be compelled to be difficult regardless, and that's also you want to keep in mind. Don't expect people to run in concert with each other; you might have to forcibly drag certain people through some situations where it's required. At the end of the day though, you should defer to what's best in the long term and put your personal feelings about it off to the side for a bit. This isn't the best time for exerting your influence over things, but those times will come along later on. For now, just try to keep as many possibilities open as you can. Best of luck.

Ambition is typically a good thing, and it certainly can get some wheels turning here, but you can tend to let your ego sour things at times. In the things you're doing with higher levels of visibility to them, you want to make things less about you, and more about everyone involved. That makes being a team player more important, even though you'd like to get your own individual accolades. Team achievements are more likely to be celebrated here though, so don't submarine group goals in order to accomplish your own.
