The current energy can get people riled up and anxious about their current pursuits. It's almost like we can envision the things we want so clearly that it really amps up the desire to have things right away. This is going to drive people to action, but this can also cause people to try and rush things along or disregard important things that need to happen along the way. Just remember that a lot of what makes endeavors worthwhile is the journey and experiences that happen along the way. The current energy can cause us to try and blitz through things to get them over with as soon as possible. In this way, certain things might be "cheapened" by not giving them time to simmer and we might not appreciate things as much.

While being active can be important today (and you don't want to be out and out lethargic), you want to do your best to avoid meddling too much with things. Get things started, but see where they go from there. It's the micromanagers who will tend to have the most difficulty, and often it will feel like constant tweaks only end up leaving you in neutral. Relationships can be in a little bit better place when there's something "real" about them, but also be aware that some might come across as phony just to further their own personal agendas. It's up to you to parse through who's being genuine and who's only out for themselves, but if you can make that distinction, you can build some stronger relationships with those around you. Mentally, you can often be of the mindset here that there's only one right answer to problems (yours). The current energy will require you to be a little more open minded than that though if you're going to be involved in anything that requires other people to be successful. You can try to take command of situations as much as you're able to, but if others are telling you to shove off, you have to figure out how to respond to that in a way where you're still able to achieve your goals. You definitely will have to schmooze people more than you'd like, but it might be the only way to get things to happen.
