But the places where challenges can arise will at least get you up and moving, and once you're moving, then you're in position to do something productive.

Where the chart tends to pitch in is that things that might normally be a slog won't seem that way for now. You will be able to more easily direct your energy in the directions that need it the most. You can clear a lot off your plate, freeing you up later to do more of what you want. You might have some emotional cloudiness and anxiety before important things you have to do too, but these tend to fade quickly once you're actually engaged with doing something. This is "jump right into the pool" type energy, where you'll get acclimated quickly and then can go about enjoying the experience.
