Ask someone to join you! Like gratitude, the more you can find to be happy about, the happier you will be!

The winter solstice happens this weekend as the Sun enters Capricorn, making this a time of reflection, discipline, and goal-setting. The shift into the darker days of winter creates time for us to go inside, literally and figuratively, and plan for the next year. Use this celestial reset to think about your priorities, let go of anything that holds you back, and plan for the future.
