While on one hand, you might see people posturing more than normal (maybe trying to buy time until they have an actual solution), there can be a lot of creativity spikes that occurs and some cool new things can develop here. This can also be where some people are transitioning from "exploratory period" into full on commitment. There might be a fair amount of changes that come with that, but these can tend to occur more seamlessly than you'd expect too.

As the day moves along, you might run into more emotionally charged challenges, and these can be the roughest portions of the day. The real key is finding ways to avoid flying off the handle. If you can stay composed, most of the things you'll run into right now can be pretty effortless.
