I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and have been able to enjoy an extra (or a few) days off for R&R! For a lot of people things have changed about Thanksgiving weekend since Covid. Some families have gotten accustomed to not being together during the holidays while others now make it even more of a priority.

Christmas shopping has changed too! Gone are the days of looking through hundreds of pages of newspaper ads and making lists of what you wanted to buy at each store of Black Friday. Getting up before dawn to be there when stores opened so you could get the best deals before they ran out and completing most of the shopping in one day. Or maybe two if you count small business Saturday. This year some Black Friday sales started the beginning of the month with most celebrating the whole week of Thanksgiving. Even the online stores aren't waiting for Cyber Monday. It's all about Black Friday for them too. I get it. They all want our money before we are tempted to give it to another store.

So many traditions are being relegated to the past in favor of new activities. I have to wonder if we are changing so fast that they will even have time to become traditions. We have been telling you here at Weekly Horoscopes that the stars are indicating change like we have not seen in our lifetimes or for that matter in hundreds or even thousands of years. Nobody knows what's going to happen, but we will be here to help you navigate the bumpiest roads ahead! This weekend looks like it should give us all a chance to relax and take a deep breath.

Many people will want to slow down and think about what truly matters. Relationships may feel easier if we are patient and honest. Work or school stress will ease up, giving you more time to rest. Small plans could become meaningful moments if you just let them. Overall, this weekend is about balance, comfort, and reconnecting with yourself or others.
