Having lofty goals isn't the worst thing in the world, but you can set goals that are too high, but that you also aren't emotionally ready to deal with not completing. There can be a lot of assuming that things will go according to plan here, which isn't necessarily going to be the case. This energy won't be that bad if you can inject a bit more realism into you expectations though. Ask yourself what's most likely to happen and work from there, rather than starting sky high and watching yourself fall short.
