The current chart can challenge us to think about things in new ways, especially as far as what we want (and what we ultimately enjoy). To some extents, it's going to require us to pump the brakes and moderate ourselves when we're too immersed in the things we like, to the detriment of the things we need to accomplish. It brings to mind the transition from "enjoying an activity" to "continuing that activity for the sake of it". Think of things like overeating, addiction and things of that nature - there's a point where you're no longer doing it just for the joy. You go on autopilot - the appreciation of the core activity seeps away.

It's the old "absence makes the heart grow fonder" line to keep in mind here. It's the breaks from an activity that drive the appreciation for it. It reframes the mind. So as you go through the day, look at any areas where you might be overdoing it. Mix things up. Take some breaks. The next time you go back to something, it'll be a little bit better afterwards, and you might grow an appreciation for other things in the time you were away. Best of luck.

When interacting with others, certainly you'll want to be yourself, but you can be a little too over the top in making things about you. You don't have to be a passenger, but you do need others to feel like they're welcome and included in order for them to be involved. Look for ways to create engagement with others so they're active in the things you're doing. In the ideal, they can participate and feel like they were just as instrumental as you were in how things turned out.
