The sorrows can spurn us towards future success. While there might be tough moments, they can be things we can build upon for the future. It's hard to admit when you've made mistakes, but this energy can provide good recourse for learning from them when you do. You can be more critical of others today, but even more so yourself. You don't want to do that to the extent where you strip yourself totally bare (emotionally), but some soul searching can end up going a long way. There can also be some anxiety in areas where you're searching for stability, but accepting that the journey in those areas won't always be perfect can help you reduce stress a fair amount. Really keep your eyes on the long game.
