It's more about working out the details in your mind before you begin to make changes.

What we need to be careful about today is when others may be 'thinking out-loud' and not even realizing what they're saying... THe best thing to do is 'ask questions' to cause the speaker to re-state or re-clarify statements that they may have just made...
