Wow. If you caught Dan’s Weekly Horoscope post this week, it’s sure to stir you right down to your soul. Tremendous energy we have going on and he’s lays it out with a great chart visual for us…in it, you can see that we have to opposing pyramid structures- ying and yang, good and evil, right and left, who and where, black and white…yeah, it’s all pretty much there- it just depends on what sort of frame and perspective you use to encapsulate it all….

From this little window to the world, I believe it’s a lot like the object and the reflection… The perfect example being the reflection in the mirror. We have been conditioned since birth to think “this is me” when we look in the mirror. Nothing could be further than the truth, and this is just what’s going on with our current energy. Have you ever had the experience of looking at someone else’s face from a close range and seeing how absolutely Real it is, so rich and full of details you could almost want to reach out and grab it to see if it smushes up into a great ball of artists putty ready to be renewed in form,… or that it might hold its form for you to indulge in all it’s tactile and detailed wonder (no wonder blind people like to touch peoples faces)? In fact, if we want to know about ourselves in this superficial way, we can’t get closer than grabbing our own heads and doing much the same as I just described….Point is, we simply cannot ever truly Know Ourselves in any such way…it’s always an illusion, or an interpretation, and blessed we are for that! No, we have a much deeper challenge of ditching all that the mold would say we hold and knowing ourselves completely only from within. In a way, people long, long ago (before the mirror was even invented) may likely have had a much better idea of who they were without all the reflected distraction… These days, and in the days to come, where we are confronted with creating our own personalities completely separate from ourselves (on the internet) and someday soon, in the form of real life-like looking holograms (that’ll be a hoot!) …well, in a way, we get further and further away from our center…from knowing who we truly are and holding on to that core that is so essential to guiding us ahead…

This time is all about the breaking down of illusions and, if we are lucky, finding the path back to our own creation of self. So if you are full of questions right now- then Great, you should be! There is much of the unexpected with Uranus playing a key role, and a drive to want to know it all Now, with Mars also playing a key role. The balancing points are to be found in giving ourselves a break and realizing that this energy is going to take a while to play out and we simply must take our times and look to the much deeper issues at hand…likely just at a time when we are being forced to pay attention to the short term, immediate, and concrete things (oh, all the little details)…but the longing to connect to this other side, which cannot be directly seen or touched, will continue to maintain it’s ever deepening grasp until we face it head on….

It’s times like these that it’s key to remember that things cannot come a moment too soon, or a moment too late. More details tomorrow in the weekend summary so stay tuned~
