Daily Horoscope for Virgo Summary

If you are up on your “Sun news” then you already know there’s a sun spot on it’s surface right now that’s larger than Jupiter… it is also very active emitting multiple medium sized flares every day. Luckily, the spot isn’t directed at the Earth- yet, but it likely will be soon (this is similar to what we saw back in January) and this means we could well be warming up again to another serious dose of electrically charged energy headed our way…

Just like with any Mercury retro period (like the one we are in now) this activity is offering us a double take designed to give us another opportunity (second chance) to see what we may have missed the first time around. This is our time (now) to look back again at the events occurring in the middle part of last month and consider them with a new light (pun intended). The events that we have going on now (or will be very soon) are probably going to be very similar in nature to that which we were experiencing then. There is a high degree of magnetism and with this comes a definite focus on our most personal relationships- this has been a continued theme as of late. This energy ties in, of course (or I wouldn’t be mentioning it this early) with intense Sun energy/connection in our chart right now. This can be a “heavy” time where our emotions simply carry a lot of weight. What’s not as noticeable (at least on the outside) is how much energy is building up inside of us (like a sun flare waiting to burst) that is in need of release. Letting go of the tension and stimulating our minds, bodies, and soul’s right now could not be of higher significance.

While this can be a most challenging time for connecting with others- simply due to the intense level of honesty involved- it’s based on the fact that we are being forced to confront issues of our own most intimate nature head on. This is the challenge and the gift…it is only when we know about ourselves intimately can we share the depths of ourselves with others. This is what makes this time right now so ripe for cultivating the deepest connections to others in the process. This energy is likely to play out in a way that is based most strongly on healing… but is likely to cause some pain in the process (like ripping a band aide off). In the end, it’s those who are willing to “clean the wounds” and start towards a healthier path- with commitment, that will be rewarded.

The key to all this is in looking things dead in the eye, with a calm, honest, cool, and collected frame of mind. The thing to keep in mind is how this energy will ripen and emerge fresh and new as the year wears on…the cold and dead of winter is the perfect time to seek the stillness and the answers that lie within…
