Today can be a day where we can be given some new responsibilities to deal with. However, these can be the types of tasks that signify an element of progress; it’s not as though you’ll show up for work and they hand you a mop and make you swab the bathrooms. With the additional responsibility comes an increased amount of trust in your abilities to carry out what is being asked of you (or faith in yourself if these are individual endeavors).

At the same time, you have to be sure you aren’t grumbling too much about such things. We’re more prone to bitchiness, especially as far as it relates to work-related tasks, and others might hear your malcontent and say, “Well, this is what you’ve been looking for”.
