Daily Horoscope for Virgo Summary

In today's mix of planetary energy... We have Mercury (R) connecting with Jupiter... That alone should send "warning signals" to "check out the facts for yourself" because others may have a way of exaggerating the facts & circumstances... It may sound negative, but the attitude is one of "prove it to me"... But when you check things out and everything is in order, this can be fantastic energy... Jupiter brings good fortune, so being connected to Mercury indicates you can hear the right words at the right time!!

We have Venus connected to Saturn... It's like this, Venus can be "cranky" sometimes... (hell, the ancients used to offer her sacrifices so she wouldn't harm them)... Hehehe... This is the "financial" energy I was talking about in the Weekly Horoscopes... Venus wants quality... And Saturn wants "long term value"... This can be a terrific time to make value purchases... Tomorrow, I am going to a land auction up in Niagara Falls... Last time, I bought a large chunk of vacant land for only $100... This is the perfect time to make purchases as long as they are not "clothing" or personal "enhancement" kind of products. You have to do your homework first, to determine the real value of the items you are considering.

The last placement I want to talk about today is Mars connected to Uranus... This is the kind of placement that is an accident waiting to happen... This is the kind of energy that kicks in that tries to rush or hurry you into taking actions you are not ready to deal with yet... Both of these planets are addicted to "action" and could care less about the aftermath of their actions upon you or others... Do yourself a favor and take things very slow... Plan your moves and stick to the plan!!... This energy can be "explosive" and it often triggers natural or global events!!

Lastly... I dunno about you guys... But I get flooded with emails from some Dr. Oz guy that promises miracle weight loss... Geeshka, you would think the entire world would be skinny as hell by now from taking his super-deluxe diet pills fercryinoutloud!!... But work with me on this...

A few months back, I started what I call "the caveman diet"... It works like this... On any 5 days of the week, you can eat anything you want... But you choose any 2 days, and on those days you limit yourself to 600 calories (man) or 500 calories (woman)... It's easy to do, because you know the next day you can have anything you want... But something strange happens... Your body changes... It starts to crave healthier foods... My blood pressure & cholesterol levels dropped radically and I don't have to take the meds anymore... And even on the non "fasting" days, you eat a lot less!!...

As a result, I've lost over 60lbs and feel really good... (I was getting rather large sitting on my ass all day programming)... I've discovered these green things call "vegetables" that can actually be rather good & tasty... hehe... I tend to save up my calories and have one big meal, but you can spread it out over the day if you want... I cannot eat fast foods anymore because I end up feeling sick or lousy the next day... There are no real rules to it, other than the calorie limit 2 days a week... So Dr. Oz can stick his pills up his... ummm... you know... hehe... Just something to keep in mind if you wanna lose weight in an easy & fun way!!
