Sometimes the creative juices get flowing and we can come up with all sorts of new ideas about things. At times this can work to our advantage, at others, some of the ideas we come up aren’t really all that great and we kick them over to the scrap pile. This energy might leave us with more of the scrap pile variety ideas.

The tricky part, and what you’re going to have to watch out for, is the fact that when you do have a new idea, you can tend to fall in love with it instantly. It’s the best idea you’ve ever had, and you want to roll with it immediately, because you can’t let others get the jump on your super-awesome great idea that will change everything. This is where the trouble lies. You might actually have a trash-heap idea, but whereas normally you’d stew on it for a little bit, or run it by others, and the process of letting it simmer exposes its flaws, now you can hit the accelerator and try to make a bad idea into reality. This is why we have 257 channels on TV that no one watches. So instead of becoming the day’s laughing stock infomercial, make sure to instill that “patience period” on any new concepts before you’ve had a chance to think about them further or talk about them with others. The need for social interaction will grow right now, to the extent to which you can begin to neglect other areas of life in order to maximize its potential. However, you can still fall into some difficulties “fitting in”. When things get awkward, you can start to feel like you have to change yourself in some regard; this might often come through a desire to act more boldly. Don’t step too far outside of yourself though – it’s nice to explore areas outside of your comfort zones, but you don’t want to burn down the comfort zones in demonstration while you do so.
