Daily Horoscope for Virgo Summary

And it rained for 40 days and 40 nights...
Geeshka, that's what it seems like here in the Land of Buff (buffalo, new york) these days... Rain, rain rain... I guess that's not a bad thing when you consider how many places are not getting any rain... I'll tell ya's... We have our rough winters here, but the summer is absolutely gorgeous... Lush greens... Temps in the low 80's... It causes us to forget the 2 feet of snow we have to deal with in the winter-time... hehe... (ok thanks for the weather update daniel, now how about getting on with the 'scopes and would ya please pass the olives while you're at it fercrissakes)... hehe...

Now that Saturn has backed up into the sign of Scorpio in it's retrograde... You'll see a very different side of people emerge... It differs in intensity depending upon how powerful Saturn is in our natal charts, but at the core of this energy it causes each of us to look deeper within us to determine what we need to do to obtain more personal satisfaction and rewards for our efforts... Saturn has that "just the facts ma'am" quality to it... Personally, I tend to see it in a "give to live" kind of way... The more we give to others... Not in what WE want to give them, but more in what THEY need, the more the universe finds ways to reward us for our efforts.

Saturn's job is to help us cut through the layers of "reasons & excuses" we cling to, or try to convince ourselves of... Seriously... Work with me on this...

If you ask people the reasons/features they looked for in buying a car... We're going to hear all kinds of things like "great fuel economy"... or "safety & reliabilty"... (blah blah blah)... And if all the things we hear were true, everybody would be driving these boxy things with cages all around them and powered by lawn-mower engines... hehe... But no, you go out on the roads and there are these big SUV's and sleek & sexy vehicles all over the place... All those "reasons & excuses" seem to fade away when you're at the car dealer... Because deep within each of us, there is an animal part of our brain (our inner reptile) that ALWAYS WINS... That is Saturn's effect upon us!... The more we learn to understand that part of ourselves, the easier time we have steering ourselves through life.

With Saturn in Scorpio... The universe is trying to help us to find the real reasons & motivations for our actions... The ones that come from the depths of our heart & soul... It can be a very revealing & exciting time.
