Daily Horoscope for Virgo Summary

As we get ready to roll into the weekend, or dive head first as so many are doing here in America as we celebrate Independence Day Weekend, an unmistakable energy from Venus (in Cancer) opposes Pluto (Capricorn). In a way, both of these planets have a strong resonance with the signs they are occupying, to make matters even more intense they are nearly dead center in the second decan (middle). There is a lock down tendency here that can prevent flexibility...but only if you aren't aware of it. Flexibility then, is an added virtue right now that can flow like liquid butter, grease the wheels and more easily persuade the situation....in particular, this relates most directly to our emotions and desires...this is when it can easily be that we are holding an end goal with such fervent intensity that we forget to enjoy the full sensibility and exploration of the moments that lead us there....or, conversely that we are so immersed in the little details and feelings that the big picture never comes into view....This is a word of caution to double check ourselves that we haven't lost sight of our end goal (including appreciating our progress, it's the little things...) or forgotten to stop and smell the roses....

Mars plays in here strongly right now (Oh how bright he shines here in the Northern Hemisphere, first light of the starry night). This energy is fueling Venus and adding a zest that is perfect for lighting a fire underneath our arces and putting our unique sense of self Out There. There is a vibe here that is pushing strongly to reveal New sides of ourselves...this isn't the "sit down and hash it out" kind of energy, this is experimental, rooted in play and interaction and works best in a spontaneous, reaction based way...this is when the past gets swept away naturally as it just doesn't conform any longer to the way we feel inside....I'll get into the details of just this aspect in the Weekend Summary so stay tuned....
