Are you spending too much time focused on things that aren't worthwhile or bringing you forward? Are you merely trying to satiate some continual itch that never seems to be satisfied? If so, this is a time where it might be difficult to break away, though that's challenging in and of itself. Getting people to work together (and take your direction) can ultimately be a chore, but you should at least try.
