This is energy where you have to factor in what's good for the team into what's good for you. There are going to be some conflicts on that end, especially when you see things that put undo hardship on you, in order to help other people out. Sometimes it makes a lot of sense to make those kinds of sacrifices. But with the current energy, you can tend to fight back a bit more (or otherwise be resistant), even when there might be a pretty well established group benefit to you giving your all.

There are many ways to try and deal with the energy, but being ornery for the sake of it generally will not be a good one. You can try and change perspectives and sway others to your point of view, or you can buy in and be a team player. In the end, those decisions are going to be up to you, but if you're content to complain about things, you're probably not making tough situations better and problems go away. So you will need to elevate yourself a little bit to be productive and to continue to maintain relationships with others. Be diligent, at least listen to others' points of view and make rational decisions. It won't guarantee you'll get what you want, but it will minimize the chances that things totally blow up in your face, which is the mindset you want to take here.
