This weekend the Sun moves into Aries, signaling the first day of spring. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and the beginning of a new astrological year. Seems a bit more appropriate to celebrate it when things are starting to grow rather than in the dead of winter. So, this is the time of planting seeds, not just in the garden but seeds of ideas and the beginning of new plans.

As 90 percent of the population of this planet live in the northern hemisphere, this applies to most of us. We have all grown tired of the way things have been over the last two years and more and more people are ready for something new!

This is the time! Go outside in the sun and take a deep breath! Maybe plant a few seeds, even in a pot on your windowsill and watch them grow. As Aries starts the new astrological year, the other signs will come along and help the things we start now to develop and encourage us to create the lives we want. Every night, before you go to bed tell yourself that tomorrow will be the best day ever! And every morning tell yourself today will be the best day ever!
