One of the things people can struggle with at times like this is "the way things are vs. the way things should be". People tend to be guided by logical progression more often than not, which allows for concepts like justice, morality and destiny, amongst others, to exist. We see things happen around us, and project what is supposed to happen from that.
However, the universe doesn't operate on these straight-shot timelines and rationales we put together. It can be more chaotic than that. This is life - if we could predict everything, it would be boring. However, when life throws us a curveball we aren't ready for, particularly one that puts us in a rough spot, we often factor in the flipside, what we thought should have happened, when we process it. This might help out quantum you, but it ain't doing anything for this you.
As such, this is a time where we have to accept things as they are, as they happened, and that's the baseline for what we should do next. There's no rewind button to hit in most of life's situations, so don't bother looking for it. Look ahead to the future and what you can do with it. Maximize that - it's far more productive than wondering about what could have been. Best of luck.

The way you interact with people can be a bit in flux today, because you're going to start gaining new perspectives that force you to get rid of some previous misconceptions. That's important because these things can impact how you work and the way you go about your day. You might have to make some alterations to your processes to make life easier for others, or to avoid doing things that might agitate others or hinder what they're trying to do. These aren't likely to be team-forced decisions; they're ones you'll have individual control over, but making the right ones benefits any teams you're on.
