At the same time, patience is going to be a must here. The way things are set up, you can see a lot of people who are unhappy with the way things around them are developing. The slower that progression, the more people will tend to build resistance and animosity towards it. Time ends up giving you way too many opportunities to nitpick things, which can flip your sentiment from something you like to something you hate.

In a way, it's kind of like the difference between a brand new relationship and one that's been going on for a year or longer. If you go on a first date, sometimes little issues don't seem like a big deal and you gloss over them - you let things go - or you might not even notice annoying quirks in the first place.
