Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius
(NOVEMBER 22 - DECEMBER 21)
Song of the Week
When I was a young man I carried me packAnd I lived the free life of the rover
From the Murray's green basin to the dusty outback
I waltzed my Matilda all over
Then in 1915 my country said:
Son, It's time to stop rambling, there's work to be done
So they gave me a tin hat and they gave me a gun
And they sent me away to the war
And the band played Waltzing Matilda
When the ship pulled away from the quay
And amid all the tears, flag waving and cheers
We sailed off for Gallipoli
It well I remember that terrible day
When our blood stained the sand and the water
And how in that hell they call Suvla Bay
We were butchered like lambs at the slaughter
Johnny Turk, he was ready, he primed himself well
He rained us with bullets, and he showered us with shell
And in five minutes flat, we were all blown to hell
He nearly blew us back home to Australia
And the band played Waltzing Matilda
When we stopped to bury our slain
Well we buried ours and the Turks buried theirs...
..Then it started all over again
Oh those that were living just tried to survive
In that mad world of blood, death and fire
And for ten weary weeks I kept myself alive
While around me the corpses piled higher
Then a big Turkish shell knocked me arse over head
And when I awoke in me hospital bed
And saw what it had done, I wished I was dead
I never knew there was worse things than dying
Oh no more I'll go Waltzing Matilda
All around the green bush far and near
For to hump tent and pegs, a man needs both legs
No more waltzing Matilda for me
They collected the wounded, the crippled, the maimed
And they shipped us back home to Australia
The armless, the legless, the blind and the insane
Those proud wounded heroes of Suvla
And when the ship pulled into Circular Quay
I looked at the place where me legs used to be
And thank Christ there was no one there waiting for me
To grieve... and to mourn... and to pity...
And the Band played Waltzing Matilda
When they carried us down the gangway
Oh nobody cheered, they just stood there and stared
...Then they turned all their faces away
Now every April (May) I sit on my porch
And I watch the parade pass before me
I see my old comrades, how proudly they march
Renewing their dreams of past glories
I see the old men all tired, stiff and worn
Those weary old heroes of a forgotten war
And the young people ask "What are they marching for?"
And I ask myself the same question
And the band plays Waltzing Matilda
And the old men still answer the call
But year after year, their numbers get fewer
Someday, no one will march there at all
Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda
Who'll come a-Waltzing Matilda with me?
And their ghosts may be heard as they march by the billabong
So who'll come a-Waltzing Matilda with me?

Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius Summary
Hey Moondoggies...
It's Memorial Day Weekend... The time to remember all those people that have fought & died for our countries & causes... The sad part about it is that in just a few short years afterwards, everybody tends to forget... Except those who's lives were physically or emotionally crippled by the terrible war experiences... Isn't it about time we said "enough is enough"... It reminds me of the quote by Carl Sandburg... "Sometime they'll give a war, and nobody will come"... It's not the people we fight that are the ones that create the problems... Let the leaders fight & die fercrissakes... They're the ones that are so obsessed with greed for power & control of our lives.
The reason I am saying this is because Pluto has moved into a T-Square with Uranus & Saturn... If there ever was a time (in the next year) that we are primed to slip into a major world war, it would be now... All the destructive qualities are there... (you're seeing the energy mirrored in the intense weather we're having)... Sooner or later people are going to have to say enough is enough... 16.5 million were killed in WW-I... 65 million in WW-II... Just imagine how many would happen in WW-III?... One the people start trying to hold the leaders accountable for the economic mess they've gotten us into, you can bet your ass that they'll find some scape-goat to blame... History shows us that time & time again!!
This isn't just about what is going on in the Big World... The same energies are being played out in our personal lives too... Pluto may be the smallest, but it may be one of the most powerful planets in the zodiac... It's main objective is to bring about personal transformations... It's the "rags to riches" story... (or riches to rags when people lose their integrity)... This current T-Square offers each of the opportunities to rise above the madness & take the steps needed to provide for ourselves... Not to rely upon the hand-outs of Modern Life, but to become "creators" like our Father (the Big Guy) intended us to be... Trackin' with me on this...
If for but one day a year, we all stop to consider the madness... Perhaps it might someday inspire us to get past the lust for power & control and actually work together for a change... That's the potential I see in the current charts... At least if we rise above taking the path of least resistance... I'm not going to shit ya's though... I think the next year is going to be critical for our survival.
Keep the Faith... Better Days & Higher Love are coming soon...

The Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius
In the grand scheme of things it probably isn't fair, but it's no secret more is asked from your sign these days than any of the other signs... That is because it's Jupiter (your planet ruler) strength and optimism that is needed most in what can be seen as "dark times" when so many are struggling to get by. Being set up to be "the role model" or the "example" of others may sound good but requires a lot of effort on your part that often goes un-noticed or appreciated. The simple truth is that you have passed the most difficult part and now the eyes of others slowly start to be opened to all that you do!
You should be feeling the movement in your personal finances... That is the first area that will start to spring back into life... Much of that is due to better personal connections being created... These can be friendships and even romantic in nature... The feeling is that of "enough is enough"... rejecting the negativity that others are clinging to and choosing to take matters into your own hands by rising up & creating your own good fortune. This can lead to new businesses being formed... New outlets to put your talents & abilities to work... New job offers etc etc... It's finding your own personal power!!
...Show some Love...

Daily Tao
When it is peaceful, it is easy to maintainWhen it shows no signs, it is easy to plan
When it is fragile, it is easy to break
When it is small, it is easy to scatter
Act on it when it has not yet begun
Treat it when it is not yet chaotic
A tree thick enough to embrace
Grows from the tiny sapling
A tower of nine levels
Starts from the dirt heap
A journey of a thousand miles
Begins beneath the feet
The one who meddles will fail
The one who grasps will lose
Therefore, sages do not meddle and thus do not fail
They do not grasp and thus do not lose
People, in handling affairs
Often come close to completion and fail
If they are as careful in the end as the beginning
Then they would have no failure
Therefore, sages desire not to desire
They do not value goods that are hard to acquire
They learn to unlearn
To redeem the fault of the people
To assist the nature of all things
Without daring to meddle
