Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius Summary
To understand this week's horoscope Moondoggies... We have to slip into the abstract for a moment... So strap on the protective head gear because we're goin' in to have a look around... hehe...
If you look at the image below, you'll see one of the planets that looks like a "H" sitting on top of a circle... That planet is Uranus... It hasn't always been called Uranus though... When it was first discovered, it was called "Herschel" for a while... (geeshka, could you imagine having a planet called "Wally" or "Sebastian"?)... hehe... And thankfully, they decided on Uranus after the Greek god of the universe... As Saturn was the father of Jupiter... Uranus is the father of Saturn... (thanks for the lesson daniel, now how 'bout getting to the horoscope and pass me the olives too while you're at it)... hehe...
Uranus is the "rebel" of the Solar System and the ruler of the sign Aquarius... While all the other planets rotate horizontally, Uranus rotates vertically... (just to be different)... Uranus is the planet of "organized chaos"... It's there to shake things up & to make sure we don't get too complacent in our lives... It's there to help us tear down the barricades, ruts & routines of Modern Life, and to encourage us to "think our own thoughts" and dream our own dreams... To rise above being lemmings that just follow the crowd.
Right now, Uranus is retrograde... It's action when retrograde is that of someone being woken up after a long night of partying & merry-making... So Uranus is a bit cranky at the moment... And to make matters more complicated... It has a gang of planets all pushing it to "take action" (that it really doesn't want to take)... So the harder those planets push, the more likely at some point it will snap, and bolt into action... But in true Uranus style, the actions & outcomes are likely to be far different than most people expect... ("Duhhh... but I thought this would happen")... hehe...
It's easy to see this energy in effect in the "world events"... But it's more important to realize that many people will be feeling the same pressure & strain too... It's for this reason we all need to be a lot more compassionate & understanding of others... (even when they may be making us wacky)... hehe... We all know what it's like to feel pushed or pressured when our backs are already up against the wall... Or when everybody seems to think they know what's better for us than we do. Grrr... hehe...
The other wild part about our overall chart is how Jupiter (who is also retrograde) that usually spends most of it's time looking out for our best interests & personal freedoms & liberty, is now sitting all by itself on one side of the chart... Jupiter's attitude when retrograde is that of a frustrated parent that throws it's hands up in the air and says... "Fine, do it your way and deal with the aftermath"...
Lastly... In the middle of all the madness & chaos, there are often those moments of total clarity... Epiphanies of understanding... The "light-bulb" appears, just like in the cartoons and you see the order & beauty of it all going on behind the scenes... How it's all meant to be... Instead of trying to create a man-made paradise, that we might consider enjoying the one we already have... Or instead of always wanting more, appreciating the things we already have... (or something like that)... Yeah, it might have been a wild night for Uranus, but the Sun is rising and it looks like a brand new beautiful day is calling.

As a general rule, your sign always seems to be at least "one step ahead" of others... But now with your ruling planet (Jupiter) retrograde, this requires you to really trust & rely upon the wisdom & guidance of others... This is the universe's way of making sure you don't get too full of yourself... hehe... The thing you need to be on the lookout for is inconsistent actions... When it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is... The energy is there to protect you from yourself right now!!
