Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius Summary

This week's chart has a really strong "beat" to it... Much like the Song of the Week's bass line... It's a chart with a solid heartbeat... And these transits can prove to be one of the biggest turning points in our lives... Wait, Lemme 'Splain...

We have the fate & destiny element of the North Node opposing Mars, Uranus & Venus in the sign of Aries... Just with Mars & Uranus combined, this energy is extremely powerful (explosive) and tends to thrive on chaos & rebellion... It's when people feel the urge to stand tall and say "enough is enough"... It has a lot to do with shedding the "control" they feel others are laying onto them... When we factor the Venus element into the mix, much of this rebellion is directed at our personal relationships & financial conditions.

One thing is surely true in this big ol' world of ours is that those with power crave nothing more than gaining even more power & control... It's been this way throughout all of time & history... It's like a heroin addiction, where the more power is obtained, the less of an effect it seems to have... The desire for more power is founded in the fear of being controlled by someone else... And just like a junkie, the longer they're on it, the more they start to hate the junk... Those with power after a while begin to despise those that actually empower them... The motto seems to be "Just give them enough so they shut up & barely get by"... The general population tends to fear starvation & survival so we tend to go along with the system as long as we're fed & our basic needs are met... The power elite tend to fear the Greek word "λόγos" (logos) which means "word"... And the word that they fear the most is the word "NO"!...

Moving forward...
We have Lilith (the dark moon) in the sign of Virgo that opposes the Sun & Chiron in the sign of Pisces... The Lilith energy has a quality of "letting go" and/or of "personal sacrifice" in order to reach a higher level of life & love... Lilith's connection to the Sun/Chiron has that same "enough is enough" tonality to it... It also adds that feared word "NO" as it's willing to "let go" of the ego and to embrace the heart & soul.

It's easy to see the negative energy working in the global events taking place as the power-elite fight to gain and maintain more power & control... (especially economically)... However the real magic of this takes place deep within each & every one of us... It helps us to rise up & say "NO" to the controlling forces of Modern Life and refuse to be divided by fear... To break free from the empty illusions modern life offers... And instead, WE CAN CHOOSE to be the ones that choose love unconditionally... To embrace the joy that exists, just because we can!!

If "dirt" had the value of gold, this would be the cleanest planet in the galaxy... Perhaps it's human nature to ignore what is the most plentiful & valuable... (try growing crops in gold)... Love is an amazing thing as there is an endless supply of it... You only feel it when it's moving through you by being given or received... And the more we give or accept, the more we have to give and it doesn't even matter if it's returned or not... There is nothing more incredible than feeling as it moves through you... It's funny how we have the element needed for the greatest happiness & joy within us and yet so often it's ignored or taken for granted as we allow our focus to be directed at "survival in modern life"... Perhaps this energy can restore the "logos" (reason & wisdom) within us.

Anyway... You "get" what I mean... Thanks for stoppin' by & sharin' the love... That's what makes each of us totally rich in spirit, and that is the sweetest thing of all... And like the one line in the Song of the Week... "It's time, it's time... That I found Peace of Mind"...
