Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius Summary

Happy New Year..!!
It's the New Year and time for making our "New Years Resolutions"... What if I told you there was a way to allow all of those resolutions to come true?... Well a lot of very smart people throughout the ages at least thought so... Throughout time and history, there have been many people that have stumbled upon the truth... One of those guys was Plato (the philosopher)...

Long ago, Plato the Philosopher wrote about a group of people who were imprisoned in a cave... They were chained & bound so they could not move... Their eyes fixed and could only see the wall in front of them... Behind them, their enslavers had a bright fire burning... They would raise puppets and items so their shadows were cast upon the wall for the prisoners to see... Seeing how those projected imagines were all those prisoners knew, they accepted them as reality... In Plato's story, one prisoner is set free and allowed to leave the cave... He goes outside for the first time and can see the Sun-Shine and the beauty of the world... He sees the shadows cast by real items, and understands that shadows were all that he had previously seen... (duhhh)... He decides he has to go back to the cave to tell his friends about his discovery... Which he does... But they only ridicule and laugh at him... So he leaves again...

Just imagine how many are sitting there comfy and cozy watchin' their big screen TV's and assuming that all the information they are getting is the truth... (c'mon daniel, everything on the internet and the news is true... please pass the olives will ya?)... Besides, the 99.9% of those they encounter feel the same way, so it validates the illusion... Every now & then, that "freed prisoner" appears to warn them what they are seeing isn't real, but they're just assigned some kind of label that everybody else repeats.

Plato... George Orwell's book 1984... And fairly recently the film "The Matrix" all are telling the same story... That if we have the courage to break free from the illusions of Modern Life, then anything and everything is possible... Plato used a cave to illustrate that "man" was trapped within their own views and perceptions... We often hear people say "Perception is Reality" but nothing is further from the truth... (try eatin' a sammich you see on your screen)... hehe... To break free, we simply need to let go... Because the chains that bind us are not real... They're just shadows of our own inner-fears or insecurities... Watch the viddy below and you'll see what I mean...

It's a brand New Year... And if you have the courage to free your mind... Anything is possible...
