Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius Summary

We have Saturn, Jupiter & Pluto retrograde... Let me try to break down this energy in a more realistic, real-life kind of way... Are you ready?... Better strap on your protective head-gear because we're goin' deep inside the chart to look around.

In astrology, the "Lords of the Chart" are Saturn and Jupiter... Try to envision them as brothers who are trying to win the favor of their father (The Sun)... Jupiter is the older brother who is very easy going, deeply spiritual and is always ready for a good time, good food and drink, or an opportunity... On the other hand, Saturn is the younger brother who is trying to prove himself by adhering to the tried and true ways, means and methods that have provided success and gains in the past... Yeah, I know this part is boring but it gets more interesting as we go... (i hope)... hehe...

Here in the the good ol' USA, Saturn would be represented by the Conservative Party... These are the people who are tuned into the traditional values and have a need to do what is necessary to make sure that they and those they care deeply about will prosper in the future... On the other end of the spectrum, Jupiter energy loves a good time and all the pleasures life has to offer... Jupiter's would be more aligned with the Liberal/Progressive parties as it has a vibe is one that favors a "live and let live" attitude but would be willing to trash the existing systems in "hopes" of finding something that works better.

The way I personally see it (from the chart's perspective) is that both sides are partially right... And both sides are partially wrong... But while both of these sides are busy fighting each other, there are tons of advancements and opportunities waiting to be discovered... Reality tells us that both sides are likely to have very good ideas, and also very bad ones... But considering that Saturn and Jupiter have equal power, the advantage goes to the ideas that considers each sides wants, needs, and concerns.

Enter the Wild-Card...
Pluto is retro... Pluto is the "Lord of the Under-World"... It has that classic "devil" energy that doesn't give a rat's ass about what happens... Pluto's vibe has that attitude that says "Sure, I'll give you exactly what you ask for... But you better be sure about what you are really asking for, because the final reality usually doesn't match up with our expectations or intentions". How many times have we heard people say "But I thought this would happen"...

The way I see it is that both sides could be rejecting the exact actions/ideas that are needed to provide them with what they are looking for... As Pluto sits back and reminds them both they are getting no more or no less than what they are asking for... This same energy affects each of us in the same exact ways... It is trying to encourage us to be open minded and to wait to see what the outcomes will be.

The Uranus energy is that of a genius scientist (like Tesla) who is able to look beyond the distractions and focus more on his intuition and instincts to guide him... It sees the Spiritual World as the bridge between the Saturn and Jupiter energies and bypasses Pluto's energy by using the genius of Uranus's intuition and inventive instincts instead.

So putting it all together in a more human kind of way... This is energy that strongly encourages each of us to "step outside the box" and see things in a different way... Rather than allowing ourselves to get caught up in the Saturn/Jupiter division, to use the Uranian creative genius that exists in each of us.
