Weekly Horoscope for Scorpio Summary

Hey Moon-doggies...
Better strap on your protective head gear because this week's chart is looking pretty intense... So let's go in and take a look at what's goin' on under the Big Guy's Big Skies... hehe...

Ok... To get to my point, I first need to "set the stage" a little bit... And that starts with 'splainin' that Saturn is still currently retrograde in the sign of Sagittarius... Saturn always seems to get a bad reputation from astrologers because the Saturn energy demands that we remain productive and dedicated... Even when that means a lot of hard work for what can seem like extended periods of time... (oh joy!)... But... (pointing to my butt)... Saturn ALWAYS makes sure that those that do, are compensated (10 times) for their actions and efforts... Saturn may be mankind's best friend in my own opinion... (ok, we got that daniel... what's next & please pass the olives will ya?)... hehe...

We also have a retro Neptune moving through the sign of Pisces... Neptune in Pisces is the kind of energy that artists and musicians dream of... Because it allows us to see things in a very different perspective... It's like the difference of moving around on dry land and then moving in the water that needs smooth and graceful gliding motion... Neptune does not see things as they currently are, but more as the way things could be... Still with me here?...

In the 60's when Neptune was in Scorpio we had the formation of "real" rock n' roll music... But as it moved into Sagittarius in the 70's things started getting very utopian and political with the anti-war protests... Now those same people who were protesting back then are in power... (from all the political parties)... And geeshka, there are so many different wars & conflicts going on that we cannot even count them all... The Who probably sang it best... "Meet the New Boss... Same as the Old Boss".

It's Crunch Time...
With Saturn connected to Neptune... This energy works like this... Saturn and it's "let's get this job done" mentality confronts Neptune with a "if you are really serious about bringing about the changes you've envisioned, then let's get started"... Saturn is not afraid of hard work and effort... But Neptune... not so much... Neptune wants to dream about possibilities but seems to get lost when it comes to turning those dreams into realities... The Neptune energy is always looking for someone else to actually "do things" or to "provide for them".

Where do we go from here...
The 60's & 70's brought us a lot of beneficial social reforms... But did so by enslaving us with massive debt... Let's face it, "the war on poverty" has been a total failure where conditions today are a hell of a lot worse now than what they were... Yeah, everybody seems to have a flat-screen telly-vision and a mobile phone... (big deal)... That doesn't do much to raise the human spirit and that is what this energy is really all about... The Saturn/Neptune connection is there to tell each of us, that if we really want to transform our lives, we have to do it ourselves and not rely upon "someone or some government" to do it for us... The Saturn/Neptune energy seems to say "if you want change, then YOU need to change the way you think and feel".

Personally, I see it like this... A couple years ago I saw a photo of me and damn... I was FAT... hehe... Too much sittin' behind a desk... Naturally, I looked for the "easy answer" and that was to find the "miracle pills" that would do it for me... (made things worse)... Finally, I realized that the answer was "eating less" and more activity... (Saturn and Neptune were both retro then too)... So two days a week... (it doesn't matter which ones, you can change from week to week) I limited myself to 600 calories... The other days I could eat whatever I wanted... It took a while, but a year or so I lost 70 lbs... You learn to be creative in the calories you eat... The strange thing is after a while, it changes your eating habits where when you eat crappy foods you really feel it... The strange part is that you realize how used to feeling lousy, but once you start to feel good you don't ever want to go back to the old way again.

Anyway... Sorry about the long rant but this energy is very important and be the exact catalyst we need to transform our own lives... I'm not tryin' to "sell my ideas" but I see it like this... The universe gives us the "green light" to transform ourselves but makes it clear it's not our job to try to fix others... (disagree with me if you want)... In my eyes, that is what the Saturn/Neptune energy is really all about... Thanks for stoppin' by. Keep the Faith... Better Days and Higher Love are comin' soon...
