The current chart has a bit of a cart before the horse feel to it. Things are in motion, but now people are going to want to go back and look at what's happening and discuss it. You can see some problems arise now that people are seeing changes in new perspectives. Things that didn't seem evident a short while ago now have become more glaring issues that need to be dealt with.

As the week moves along, it's going to be harder to come up with consensus on things. People are going to tend to be more resistant, and they might be harder to communicate with in general. This can compel people to do things on their own, but that won't always go well either - it's the moment that you take the initiative that others will tend to come out of hiding and pipe up that you can't do what you're planning.

While communication can be rough today, it's still the key to everything. You're probably not going to have the luxury of communicating about important matters from a comfort zone; there can be elements of doubt or tension there. That doesn't mean you shouldn't get your point across. Ultimately, the universe is relying on people to get on the same page in order for things to go well. If you cut through the tension, you can achieve this. If you try to stay safe on the outskirts, you're probably going to end up in some chaotic situations. So be up front about what you want and need. Force others to chime in with an opinion you can hold them too. Once people know what's going on, then it's time to take action. Best of luck.

The more you try to rationalize things, the harder it can be to remain stable. There are times when ignorance can be bliss, and this is one of them. That said, you don't want to ignore glaring problems that surface right now. Deal with them early and get them over with. Everything that happens to you right now can have a personal impact, and you'll think it influences how others judge you. As such, you can be a harsh critic of yourself, but you need to do the best you can and not get down if things don't turn out exactly as you hoped.
