This kind of energy appears when one of the planets is about to shift signs and this time around it happens to be Mars preparing to enter the sign of Sagittarius.
We used to call this energy "Hurry Up... Then Wait"... Where one minute it felt like some force was pushing you, or trying to hurry you into action, and then the next minute everything seems to stall and you keep waiting to be able to move onto the next thing... Arrgg... hehe...
