Much of the way things progress in this world all comes down to timing. A lot of good fortune comes down to being in the right spots at opportune times, while some of the troublesome spots come about when timing isn’t so good. There are usually windows of opportunity, where you have to make a decision within a set amount of time, and sometimes your availability doesn’t exactly sync up with these windows of opportunity.

With Saturn connecting to the North Node, the time-opportunity connection comes to the forefront. As it’s a conflicting connection astrologically, this can bring a lot of potential for missed opportunities, sometimes despite one’s best efforts. The best thing you can do on your end is make sure that you are maximizing your time, or more accurately, your ability to have free time. What can happen here is that people get locked into certain responsibilities, only they aren’t efficient about handling things. This can end up leading to delays, just the thing that can keep you out of the spots you really need to be in.

The Node’s involvement adds the element of fate and destiny to the mix. So think hard about that. What if the right job opportunity hangs on an important meeting you need to have? Or what if being out in a social situation at the right time is necessary to meet a new romantic connection? These things aren’t going to happen if you’re not there. So get your work done early and after that, open up your schedule and be ready to mobilize if a worthwhile opportunity materializes. Saturn connections can be rough, but its nature is to reward you if you handle your end of the bargain. Best of luck.

Others are going to need to be entertained before they start offering their assistance, so keep this in mind. You need to put aside any selfish feeling as well and look at things in a humanitarian sense. This can be made more complicated by the fact that you’ll be so protective of your individuality that you might at times be inclined to push others away or disregard their desires. Remember you need to work with others to get ahead, so don’t let these feelings dominate.
