Daily Horoscope for Gemini Summary

Mercury is moving into position to form what will be the end of "T-Square Madness 2010". On one hand, it can promise some tough situations over the weekend, but on the other, it'll be over fairly quickly and then we can all move on. Good times (well eventually). Jupiter and Uranus are breaking up a bit as well (though only until Jupiter goes direct again in November). Jupiter is also going to move out of Pluto's "square range" as well. All of these things will reduce the day-to-day challenges we've become accustomed to facing over the past year or so. So in the astro-sense, after this week we should start feeling like a 800 pound weight is being lifted off of our chests.

As for this weekend itself, there are still some obstacles that can tend to pop up. The first thing you'll tend to notice is some reflection can occur regarding events of the past year or so (the troublesome stuff). You might notice lingering feelings in others (or perhaps even in yourself) as though you still haven't recovered mentally from things you've been through. Be open about this stuff with the people around you. Getting stuff out into the open helps healing processes (as well as increasing the potential for helpful advice), no matter how hurt, ashamed, embarrassed or otherwise you might feel about your position in these situations. In conversations, if you take an active interest in trying to better yourself, others will too.

Try to keep any of the questioning and critical thinking you might do applied to yourself. You can have just as many qualms about things others have done as things you've done yourself, but others are really going to be unresponsive and irritable if challenged right now. You're opening up a can of worms every time you criticize someone else. So work on yourself this weekend. October is extremely Mercury heavy in terms of aspects, so there will be plenty of better opportunities to air your grievances in short order.

Lastly, you might not have your wants and desires in total order right now and that's okay. But what you need to watch out for this weekend is that a (present) lack of interest can take some opportunities off the table. People might offer things you might not want now, but in a week or so you might end up kicking yourself for turning down the offer. So aim to keep as many possibilities open as you can.

This isn't the weekend for forging ahead, but more for trying to gain closure and understanding on difficult topics as well, and in some instances to try and learn about super-difficult areas of knowledge. There should be some bumps in the road (if there aren't, you probably aren't maximizing the energy), but metaphorically, this is like the cool-down lap after running a marathon. Best of luck.
