Has a more energetic kind of energy goin' on today that makes this a terrific time to go outside to play... hehe... The key to patterns like this is to try to maintain a slow and steady pace... But also keeping the vibe light and bright today... Be aware that there may be some that are just lookin' for conflicts or arguments so they may vent their frustrations... Just by being aware of that will protect you.
We also have to remember that with Mercury, Mars and Neptune aligned on the cusp of Aries today, there's a tendency for some to make sudden, impulsive actions... Like I said above, this applies to all of us... We not only have to prevent ourselves from gettin' jerky, but to also be aware of what others are doin' and sayin' too.
